EMERGENCE NEVER HAPPENS ALL AT ONCE. IT IS A SLOW STEPPING INTO THE EXPANDED CAPACITY OF YOUR NEXT SELF

Def. Adj: relating to the body, especially as distinct from the mind

As a conduit, the body imparts inspired intelligence & creative resources unfettered by societal & familial scripts to assist in the mending. Tuning into the body is like turning on your own personal radio transmitter that dials you into to a deeper knowing. It’s a fact - the body knows.

It is also a fact that in SCW your body can be a transmitter for another person’s system. This harkens back to the Zulu lineage of community mending that Bert Hellinger - the originator of SCW - transposed to a post WWII Germany when he returned to vast fields of unresolved human trauma. The community practice of Zulu bone throwing was woven with the emergence of western psychotherapy, & his lifelong study of Daoism to discover that people’s bodies can serve as representatives.

The mind is a powerful tool that can both be of great service & great harm. At times we can get caged in our narratives, the stories we repeat about ourselves &, as our belief in them grows & calcifies, we become confined in thought patterns & corresponding habits that no longer serve us. Often these patterns or URP’s (unwanted repetative patterns) did not start with us but reside in ruptures within our lineage.
