HELLO BEAUTY,

Let me introduce myself.

I am a first generation Canadian of displaced European peoples. My mother was born in a displacement camp in Germany where her parents – Polish & Hungarian Roma concentration camp survivors – met, then immigrated to northern Quebec. My father born & raised in the South of France is Catalan – northern Spanish – by blood. His family migrated out of the Pyrenean mountains because of the Spanish Civil War. I was born in the Yukon, Kwanlin Dun Territory raised by my parents, hearty community & the land.

In high school, I was the drama nerd and the math nerd. Decades on, I am an thriving artist who owns a corporation that I have expanded to hold space for a growing & unique creative community - Raino Dance - that is over 40 years old. These two brains are of great service to my clients. The left brain sees patterns, connections, and disconnections, it is a master tracker, note taker, synthesizer. The right brain allows creativity to move through me, it is the conduit that fearlessly presents innovative opportunities to plug into the clients inherent wisdom to re-member, re-create, re-envision their purpose & potential. The triad to this duo is my heart that continues to be on a journey of mending & blossoming, mending & blossoming. My heart care’s deeply, shares authentically & shows up fully each session.

My community has lifted me up & given me a role as a facilitator, cultural leader, business owner, creative director, choreographer, dancer, writer, yoga & pilates instructor. Life has also gifted me with the many evolving teachings of being a daughter, sister, wife, divorcee, lover, student & mother to a beautiful son, Talyn.

Everyday I seek out nature with my dog Zu, read the words of people who inspire & challenge, learn from the land, my mentors & friends & take care of this gift-body, my family & my endeavours & areas of service. I’m so grateful for those who loved & cared for this island ecosystem for millennia, for my home in Lekwungen Territory & for my brave ancestors who survived so I could be here, thriving in service.
