what can i constellate?

Anything you are in relationship to that you would like to have a deeper look at. Some examples.

• human relations - a sibling, parent, spouse, partner, grandparent, friend, co-worker etc. - in the world of the living or on the other side.

• internal/external systems - you & your lungs/liver/feet etc; you & your younger self; you & the house you are looking for; you & different career paths, etc.

• esoteric - you & heart, you & spirit, you & soul.

DO i need experience?

No experience required. The circle of folks who come will be a variety of those with experience & new folks.

How Long is a session?

A constellation circle usually involves a day commitment depending on the number of clients. 9:30am - 4:30pm is the norm. Each client takes 1.25 to 1.5 hrs.

If a full day isn’t feasible let me know & in certain situations we allow for 1/2 day attendance OR consider a personal table top constellation 1 on 1 is 1.5 hours & can be booked at a time of your choosing.

Do i bring anything?

Comfortable layered clothing, socks/slippers & shawl depending on weather. A lidded tea/coffee mug. Lunch & snacks to share, if you feel inspired.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY “SOMATIC”?

somatic defined - relating to the body, especially as distinct from the mind

The mind is a powerful tool that can both be of great service & great harm. At times we can get caged in our narratives, the stories we repeat about ourselves & as our belief in them grows & calcifies, we become confined in belief patterns & corresponding habits that no longer serve us. Building our ability to connect with our body or somatic experience is a potent antidote to override toxic thought patterns. Furthermore, as a conduit, the body imparts inspired intelligence & creative solutions unfettered by societal & familial scripts. Tuning into the body is like turning on your own personal radio transmitter that dials you into a deeper knowing. It’s a fact - the body knows.

Whether facilitating Systemic Constellation Work or Storyweaving a theatrical production or working with a solo client/couple, I have developed the capacity to work emergently. To open all the windows and doors to let fly in all matter of idea, inspiration, song and consideration. To sit in the divine mess of creation, and with spaciousness & courage, track where the constellation, storyline, or mending loop longs to lead…i follow, i follow, i follow thru.
